Delivery Timeline & Scheduling
Local deliveries are completed Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Deliveries are scheduled based on established delivery routes; therefore, specific delivery times cannot be selected or guaranteed. Orders are typically delivered within one week, depending on the assigned delivery day for your postal code. A receiver must be present at the delivery address to accept and sign for the delivery.

Free Delivery Minimums & Flat Delivery
Local delivery is available on orders over $99 (minimums vary by postal code). Customers may choose between Free Delivery or Flat Rate Delivery (as low as $15). The minimum order value required for Free Delivery or Flat Rate Delivery is calculated automatically based on your postal code at checkout. To qualify, increase your cart total to meet the Free Delivery threshold or proceed with the flat delivery option.

Product Eligibility
All products are eligible for local delivery, including meat, dairy, chemicals, and other regulated items, with no delivery restrictions.

Delivery Conditions
Delivery is made to the main entrance only. Someone must be available at the delivery location to receive and sign the delivery note.

Receiving Instructions
If you have specific receiving hours or access limitations, please include them in the Delivery Instructions or Order Notes at checkout to help ensure a smooth delivery.

Missed Delivery & Re-Delivery
If the delivery cannot be completed due to the receiver’s unavailability, a second delivery attempt may be arranged, subject to stock availability or pickup eligibility. A re-delivery fee will apply, and any delivery fee already paid is non-refundable.

Temperature-Controlled Items (Frozen & Refrigerated)
For all frozen or refrigerated items, customers must inspect the products at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied with the condition upon arrival, you may refuse the item at delivery. No claims, returns, or refunds will be accepted for temperature-controlled items once the delivery is completed and the receiving document is signed as “Received in Good Condition,” in accordance with health and safety regulations.
