Return-Refund Policy

Our customer Satisfaction Guarantee will give you confidence in your grocery order. For carrier shipping, If you are not completely satisfied with any product please send the email to contactus@bulkmart.ca within 6 hours of receiving your order for missing product, or within 12 hours for damaged or unsatisfactory product for a refund or exchange.

Do not report / open the claim with the carrier yourself, as if refused, we will not be able to reopen the claim for the same.

If you do not notify within the time period given, Return or Refund might not be possible.

There is NO CLAIM for PICKUP / LOCAL DELIVERY orders as these orders are checked on the spot and verified by the customer and they need to sign the receiving paper. Please notify any required changes or concerns before signing the paper.

Returns:

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as Chocolate, Fresh and Frozen Products, Dairy Products, Meat Products, flowers.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund:

There will be 15% Restocking Fee Charged for Return items Price before Tax.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The item received as return should be in reselling condition. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contactus@bulkmart.ca or Call us at +1 416-362-5900
