The usual processing time for orders is 2-4 business days. This time includes only the working business days and excludes any statutory holidays and Sundays. There might be delays for bulk orders or if you are placing the order with the item which is short in the market.
Shipping Cost & Timeframes:
- We ship across Canada. All Provinces and Territories are included. There could be some restricted items for “carrier package shipping” depending on your postal code like Temperature controlled ( Frozen, Refrigerated), too fragile (Glass), carbonated drinks (Soda drinks), chemicals. These DO NOT QUALIFY for expedited or priority carrier shipping Like Canada Post, UPS etc.
- Multiple shipping options are available depending on the size and weight of the order.
- The shipping cost is calculated based on your postal code, weight of the items and the delivery method you choose. Freight surcharges (for heavy or oversized items), location surcharges are added if they apply to your order. For any unavailable item, the shipping will be refunded on pro rata basis.
- The estimated shipping and processing timeline is visible at the checkout page before you place the order. The order will be processed according to the shipping method or service chosen and paid at the checkout page.

Local Delivery Service: (For GTA & Surroundings)
- Free Delivery & Flat delivery both are available. Reach the minimum for Free Delivery or place the order with Flat delivery fee. (as per postal code)
- The order will be delivered within a week depending on the scheduled delivery day in your area.
- Delivery is only up to the main door, someone should be at the delivery address to receive and sign the paper.
- If you have any time constraints or receiving hours, mention as delivery instructions or add to order instructions.

Instore Pickup:
- You must receive the pickup confirmation email before coming to pickup the order.
- Follow the instructions & pickup timeline sent by email,
- Store timing and pickup timing is Different due to separate operations.
- After the order is Ready, order must be picked up within 3 days to avoid 10% delay pickup fee, we can only hold the items in your order up to 3 business days.
If you need the items same day, please check out in-store collection and shop in-store, depending on availability. As it is a walk-in store, Items / quantity cannot be reserved on phone.
