By enrolling in a BulkMart membership program (including BulkMart Advantage), you agree to comply with the following conditions and regulations. These terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will apply upon renewal or continued use of your membership.

1. Membership Overview

BulkMart membership is available to individuals and businesses aged 18 years or older.

BulkMart reserves the right to:

• Approve or decline any membership application

• Suspend or terminate memberships for policy violations, misuse, or abuse of benefits

• Modify benefits and program structure at any time

Membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder.

2. Membership Plans & Fees

BulkMart Advantage offers the following plans:

Monthly Plan

• $5 per month

• Cancel anytime

• No long-term commitment

Yearly Plan (Best Value)

• $49 per year

• Save $11 compared to monthly

• Best for regular buyers

Membership fees:

• Are billed at the time of enrollment

• Are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

• Grant access to exclusive pricing and rewards

3. Membership Renewal

• Monthly memberships renew automatically unless cancelled

• Yearly memberships renew annually

• You may cancel your membership at any time before renewal

• Membership benefits continue until the end of your billing period

BulkMart is not responsible for missed rewards due to expired or cancelled memberships.

4. Cashback & Rewards Program

BulkMart Advantage members earn:

• 3% back in store credit on in-store purchases

• 2% back in store credit on online purchases

Cashback Rules:

• Calculated on pre-tax purchase value

• Excludes delivery fees, taxes, and gift cards

• Credit is automatically added to your account

• Store credit can be redeemed on future orders (online or in-store)

• Store credit has no cash value and is non-transferable

BulkMart may modify reward rates at any time.

5. Referral Program

Members may earn 5% store credit for successful referrals.

How it works:

1. You refer a friend

2. Your friend places their first order (minimum $50)

3. You receive 5% store credit

Referral Terms:

• Credit is issued after the order is completed

• Referrals must be new customers

• Self-referrals are not allowed

• BulkMart reserves the right to cancel fraudulent referrals

6. Membership Usage Rules

• Membership benefits apply only to the registered account holder

• Sharing accounts is prohibited

• BulkMart may request ID verification for in-store purchases

• Misuse may result in suspension or termination

• Limit quantities

• Approved business payments

General rules:

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Certain items may be final sale

• Temperature-sensitive items (frozen/refrigerated) are non-refundable once accepted

• Custom or special-order products are non-refundable

BulkMart reserves the right to deny returns that violate policy.

• Fraud

• Abuse of rewards

Upon termination:
