BulkMart Refer a Friend Program – Terms & Conditions

By participating in the BulkMart Refer a Friend Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions designed to ensure a fair and rewarding experience for everyone.

• Eligibility
  The Refer a Friend program is open to BulkMart customers aged 18 and over. Referred friends must be new customers who have not previously placed an order with BulkMart.

• How Referrals Work
  • The referrer must provide valid referral details or be properly identified at the time of the friend’s first purchase.
  • Referrals must be made before or at the time of the referred friend’s first order.
  • Self-referrals are not permitted.

• Referral Reward
  • The referrer will receive 5% store credit based on the referred friend’s first completed order.
  • The referred friend’s first purchase must meet the minimum order value of $50 (before taxes and shipping).
  • Store credit is issued after the order is completed and not returned or cancelled.

• Reward Limitations
  • Referral rewards apply to the first purchase only.
  • Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Store credit is non-transferable and may not be resold.

• Use of Store Credit
  • Store credit can be used on future purchases online or in-store.
  • Credit cannot be applied to taxes, shipping, or excluded items.
  • Expiry rules may apply and will be communicated when credit is issued.

• Returns & Adjustments
  • If the referred friend’s order is returned, refunded, or partially refunded, the referral credit will be adjusted or cancelled accordingly.

• Fraud & Misuse
  BulkMart reserves the right to withhold or revoke referral rewards in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms, including but not limited to fake accounts or manipulated referrals.

• Program Changes
  BulkMart reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer a Friend program at any time without prior notice.

• Privacy
  All personal information collected through referrals will be handled in accordance with BulkMart’s Privacy Policy.

• Acceptance of terms
  Participation in the Refer a Friend program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
