Eligibility
BulkMart Advantage is available to customers aged 18 and over. Membership is intended for businesses and bulk buyers. -
Membership Fees
Membership is available at $5/month or $49/year. Fees are non-refundable once charged. -
Cashback Rewards
• Members earn 3% cashback on in-store purchases and 2% cashback on online orders.
• Cashback is calculated as store credit based on eligible purchases.
• Store credit is calculated and issued at the end of the year.
• Cashback does not apply to taxes, shipping, or excluded items.
• Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred. -
Store Credit Use
• Issued store credit can only be used at BulkMart.
• Credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Expiry rules may apply and will be communicated at issuance. -
Referral Program
• Members earn 5% store credit based on a referred friend’s first completed order.
• Friend’s order must meet the $50 minimum purchase requirement.
• Referral rewards are issued after order completion.
• BulkMart reserves the right to verify referrals and cancel rewards in cases of misuse. -
Cancellations
• Monthly memberships may be cancelled anytime.
• Benefits stop immediately upon cancellation.
• Annual memberships are non-refundable. Fees are non-refundable once charged. -
Account Use
• Membership is linked to one account only.
• Benefits cannot be shared or transferred. -
Program Changes
BulkMart reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice. -
Fraud & Abuse
Any misuse, false referrals, or suspicious activity may result in membership termination and loss of rewards. -
Returns & Adjustments
• Cashback and referral credits will be adjusted if orders are returned or refunded. -
Privacy
Customer information is handled in accordance with BulkMart’s Privacy Policy.
