DO I NEED TO REGISTER OR SIGN UP TO PLACE AN ORDER

Nope. You can checkout as a guest on any order. The optional sign-up is for checking your order status, past invoices, and saving all your info so when the next order comes your checkout is even faster.

We recommend to sign up for an account. This helps ensure that we can provide you with a completely customized shopping experience. You can browse our site without creating an account and checkout as a guest. By providing your phone number and email address you will be able to receive the status update of your order.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Payments can be made online; we accept all major Credit Card payments (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), Google pay, Apple pay and E-Transfer. Bank Transfers are also acceptable for large sums. For Bulk & Large orders with total of over $1000, Bank Transfer is the payment option. Please call customer service for further inquiries. Cheque option is available for offline customers.

All Credit Card payments are safe and secured by third party payment providers. They use advanced technology, which encrypts your personal information so that no one, including us, can see it.

HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

If you would like to make changes to your order or cancel your order please reach out to our customer care team by one of the following methods: email or simply by calling us from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. If you miss out the cut-off time your order cannot longer be modified or cancelled.

WHAT IF AN ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?

 Although our goal is to fulfill 100% of each order, from time to time some products may be unavailable due to market conditions beyond our control. 

If an item is not available when your order is being prepared, we will select a substitution according to the preferences you specified in your account. You will be notified of any substitutions when your order is ready for pick up. If you are unhappy with the substituted item you can decline it using the notification email/SMS or when you pick up your order. If you have indicated in your preferences that you do not want substitutions, we will not pick an alternative item.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I REFUSE MY ORDER?

Due to the Current COVID - 19 situation we are not accepting any return or exchange of any item. Please process your order accordingly. Please call customer service if you have any further inquiries.

 

CAN SOMEONE ELSE ACCEPT THE DELIVERY INSTEAD OF ME?

To receive the delivery, the individual must be of 16 years or older and must be present at the address indicated under the Delivery Address. Bulk Mart requires the receiver’s signature and their name upon receipt of the order.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

There is no minimum order value for pickup or shipping. You can place the order at your ease and according to your needs.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

You can schedule your delivery up to one week in advance or as early as next day delivery. Please contact customer service for further inquiries. We will send you the email or text notification prior to delivery, in order to give you heads up that we are on our way.
